After an electrifying offensive showcase in the first half, Georgia State had to rely on their defense in the second half to stave off College of Charleston, eventually holding on for a comfortable 72-55 win.

The Panthers handled Carver College and cruised to a 122-57 win Friday afternoon. Virtually the entire roster got meaningful play time, with every player that checked in scoring at least 2 points.

Georgia State led by as much as 20 in the second half and fought through a furious fightback from Mercer to hand the Bears their first loss of 2020/21 and to avenge their only loss of the season so far, winning at the Sports Arena 88-81.

Georgia State used a 10-0 run late in the second half to take control on the road against Charlotte, winning 76-65 for their first win at Charlotte as a program.
